Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the box is taped securely to protect the footwear during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our warehouse team will inspect the returned boots within 5-7 business days, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately upon approval.
